Implant Site Development / Soft Tissue Regeneration

In-patient with non-restorable teeth, orthodontic slowly forced eruption can be very effective in development of the bone height and width for implant placement. It is also very effective in enhancing soft tissue growth around the developing site. The non-restorable teeth should be endodontically treated and it must have no active periodontal disease.
