Patient has ectopic canine eruption on #6. Orthodontic treatment without extraction

Ectopic eruption is a disturbance in which the tooth does not follow its usual course. It is displaced from its normal position. Maxillary canines are the most encountered in orthodontic practice. It is usually displaced labially. Treatment of ectopic eruption teeth is necessary because it may damage the adjacent teeth roots and bone and for aesthetic reasons.
