Orthognathic surgery for adult with upper and lower dental & lip protrusion
Dental arch asymmetry is a common finding in children without orthodontic treatment. It can be resulted from congenital malformations, finger-sucking, extractions, interproximal caries, and crossbite. It is recommended to have these asymmetry correct as soon as possible before the cessation of the growth to avoid future orthognathic surgey.
