Patient has early loss of primary left central incisor. Tissue around the area is thicken preventing #9 from eruption. Phase I treatment to help #9 to erupt normally
When teeth eruption does not follow the normal schedule, it could be simply a family trait, nutritional deficiency, or early loss of primary teeth due to trauma. It is recommended to have patient evaluated by a dentist as soon as possible because it may indicate a more serious issue.
