Patient has #23 migrated distally & completely blocked #22 & 21 from eruption treated phase 1
When primary teeth loss early, permanent teeth may drift toward the extraction site block other permanent teeth from eruption. Phase I treatment is necessary to move the migrated teeth back to their right position allowing other permanent teeth to erupt normally.
